:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>En expliquant les<\/strong> <b>Objectifs<\/b> <b>g\u00e9n\u00e9raux<\/b><b> du <\/b><b>projet:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0<b>Am\u00e9liorer <\/b><b>l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau potable <\/b>aux habitants du village Ighil Bougueni et d\u2019optimiser l\u2019utilisation qui en est faite par ceux-ci,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<b>Eliminer <\/b><b>la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 endur\u00e9e par les femmes <\/b>tout en pr\u00e9servant le r\u00f4le social des sources d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Puis en d\u00e9taillant <strong>les trois actions phares du projet<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>-R\u00e9aliser 3 fontaines d\u2019eau de sources <\/b>en trois points distincts du village Ighil Bougueni.<\/p>\n<p><b>-Mobiliser un groupe de femmes<\/b> autour de <b>l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des fontaines et de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019animations autour des fontaines<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Sensibiliser <\/b><b>les habitants<\/b> du village d\u2019Ighil Bougueni, <b>notamment les plus jeunes au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire du village<\/b>, \u00e0 une utilisation responsable, \u00e9conome de l\u2019eau potable et \u00e0 sa pr\u00e9servation<\/p>\n<p>S&rsquo;en suit l&rsquo;intervention\u00a0de Bakir Ahmed qui a\u00a0pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les aspects hydrauliques du projet.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" tron\u00e7ons:\u00a0La\u00efnser&gt;&gt;&gt;anar n&rsquo;chikh, anar n&rsquo;chikh&gt;&gt;&gt;lma\u00efnsra, lma\u00efnsra&gt;&gt;&gt;vava l&rsquo;hadj.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le r\u00e9servoir \u00e0 anar n&rsquo;chikh sera construit avec l&rsquo;aide de la direction de l&rsquo;hydraulique de Tizi Ouzou. les contacts n\u00e9cessaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli hier par l&rsquo;ASIB.<\/li>\n<li>Les petits ouvrages (fontaines, local technique qui va accueillir les pompes) sera contruit par les villageois apr\u00e8s conception\u00a0par les\u00a0femmes du village et\u00a0les enfants de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La participation des femmes du village<\/strong> sera importante. Elles participeront\u00a0 \u00e0 la conception de\u00a0l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des espaces environnants les 3 fontaines,\u00a0valideront les meilleurs dessins des fontaines, dessins qui seront\u00a0issus\u00a0du concours de dessins qui sera organis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, participeront \u00e0 la\u00a0r\u00e9daction du r\u00e8glement d&rsquo;utilisation des fontaines et\u00a0\u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019inauguration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les enfants de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole<\/strong> b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de s\u00e9ances de sensibilisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation \u00e9conome et responsable de l&rsquo;eau en janvier\/f\u00e9vrier (au d\u00e9but des travaux)\u00a0et septembre\u00a02017 (apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;inauguration des fontaines).
